Oven baked bread

Jerusalem artichokes soup

Pear in wine with goat cheese

Tahini with tomatoes

Chicken liver, kanafe, beet root mash

Chicken liver pate

Scenia – minced lamb on tahini

Greens tossed in balsamic vinegar

Black glutinous rice- like the Chinese dessert except that this one is savory

Grilled chicken fillet – taste a bit like satay.
