It’s a soba specialist store, so be aware that everything you order comes with soba.

Turnaround for the tables is very quick. Don’t expect to sit around and chit-char. The service staff will not hesitate to suggest that you go to the multitude of cafes in WTC and let the next group in. Also it’s really not polite to hold up places in Hong Kong as space is as precious as gold, especially around meal times.
