The noodles are usually accompanied with a sauce called jiao tou 浇头. You can order the noodles with a chicken stock or order a dry noodle and mix it with a jiaotou.
Their specialty is the Crab Roe Noodles, Shanghai Cold Noodles and the Scallion Oil Dry Noodles. This store is especially good as it is directly owned by the Xinhua Group of Restaurants.
Quite delicious and cheap. Lunch for one person cost less than RMB60 for a noodle, an appetiser and a drink.
