I love Teochew braised goose. Unfortunately Singapore has none. So whenever I can in China, I would order Teochew braised duck.
There’s this shop near 9 Square and Fraser Suite that serve Teochew braised lion-head goose, the rolls-royce of goose..
The standard rice bowl set included one or two choices of goose and parts, a chicken egg and a couple of vegetables on rice.
The rice bowl set came with a daily double boiled soup.
The goose was so good, I ordered another ala carte order.
The goose liver too, not quite foie gras but still creamy and tender.
