Press Club – Projects is a custom designed experimental kitchen for George Calombaris and The Press Club’s Executive Chef Reuben Davis. Located next to The Press Club on Flinders Street, it is the only test kitchen of its kind in Australia.
Unfortunately it closed after some controversy over workers’ compensation and bad economic environment that made fine dining a really difficult venture these days.
