I have divided my encounters with Michelin into different sections. Stars featured the ones that got the stars. Bib Gourmands were the one given the same accolade, Tables for those with an honorary mention and would most like made Stars soon, and Associated to other restaurants opened by the same folks that got stars and would most likely be awarded in due course.

The criteria for the starred rankings were published in 1936 and has not been altered since.
