At the same event, the Hong Kong Bib Gourmand list was announced. A Bib Gourmand is handed out to eateries that offer a quality three-course set menu for a maximum of HKD400.
The launch date of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2023 was 26 Apr 2023. Copiously absent was a crowd favourite, Kamcentre Roast Goose, but well…. this so-called lists are always unpredictable and “pay-to-play”.
