Farewell to 2022

1/ Odette – Michelin 3 Stars (City Hall)

I went to four different restaurants in a museum in one year, and this one is the only with 3 Stars. Highly rated and very enjoyable, Chef Julian is one chef that I have followed his career across many restaurants in Singapore.
