Itacho is the chain-store Sushi restaurant par excellence. They bring in their own fish and never fail to impress with value-for-money selection of sushi, sashimi and prompt services. The selection is outstanding, but I have to admit, so items are dipping in standard – like the Whole Sea Eel. It was dry and flaky. But for the price range, can’t complain much.

But definitely the HK ones are better than the ones here.
