For the first time, Singapore does not have a Michelin 3 Star restaurant. 2018 saw the sad departure of Joel Robuchon. Just after his announcement that he will be closing his two restaurants in Singapore, we got the sad news of his departure. Chef Andre Chiang also uprooted and moved back to his home country Taiwan. So, we lost three restaurants and a total of 7 stars.
