Shinzo @ Carpenter

Another encounter with a classic Omakase restaurant in Singapore. Shinzo remained one of my favourite Japanese here.

Food quality was fantastic as usual. Service was intimate and the environment was really friendly. The clientele was mainly the regulars, and therefore there was much friendly banter around the table.
