Owner/Chef Dej Kewkacha
Thai-born owner-chef, Dej Kewkacha, began chasing his sweet dreams at the tender age of 22 when he set up Kacha Brothers with his brothers. Today, the group operates over 50 F&B outlets under 7 leading brands including the flagship Kyo Roll En – Thailand’s most popular Japanese dessert cafe chain ( Bangkok’s Best Restaurants 2019 – “Best Dessert Cafe” ). A self-taught patissier who speaks fluent Japanese, Dej has also spent time in prestigious kitchens around the world – from 2 Michelin-star Ta Vie restaurant in Hong Kong to the Spanish ‘God of Pastry’ Paco Torreblanca in Alicante, whom legendary chef Ferran Adria , amongst many others, counts as an inspiration.
