Every year, food lovers from all around the world anticipated the publication of the Michelin guides for their favourite city. It has just been announced that there won’t be a 2020 edition for Singapore.
While I am no longer a fanboy of Michelin as they expanded the reverent guidebook to so many cities that it has become ridiculous, it is still a sad and solemn reality of the current time.
Hopefully, things get better from now.
