Smoked Salmon Pizza ala Spago

I tried the famous salmon pizza in Spago’s at L.A. Looks simple enough, so wanted to try it at home.

So simple I don’t need to even explain. But three things that need to change to make it better – use a better pizza crust, better smoked salmon, and better caviar.
