A new kid on the block, Old Street offers BKT in all its forms – Singapore-style, KL-style, dry BKT.
Founded in 2010, Old Street pride itself to be the local specialist in the well-loved traditional herbal pork ribs soup. It has the most number of stores in Singapore at the moment. Everything is central kitchen and reheated at the outlets.
The only items that are not reheated are the offals, as they need to be cooked a la minute.
Can’t say this is a bad BKT, but it is something that I will go again unless there are no other choices. I included it in my posts just for completeness for my piece on BKT in Singapore.
