The 2025 list by the tyre manufacturer was announced on 24 Jul. It’s a boring year for Michelin in Singapore, with closures of several one-star restaurants and only one new entrant, making only 42 restaurants left on the list.
Omakase @ Stevens helmed by head chef, Osaka native Kazuki Arimoto, made its entry at 1 Star this year. Chef Arimoto was also named Young Chef of the Year at 31 year-old.
