Imahan Gyunabe @ Shinjuku

Imahan, established in 1895 as a Gyunabe (Sukiyaki) restaurant, specializes in Imahan Wagyu. Currently, Ningyocho Imahan serves Sukiyaki, Shabu Shabu, and Japanese cuisine, maintaining 12 restaurants, 10 meat shops, and 3 delicatessens, as well as a delivery service in Tokyo and its surrounding. This one is pretty close to my Japan office and offers a good selection of Wagyu beef served in shabu, sukiyaki and kaiseki styles. Today, we review their Shabu. (We have previously reviewed their Kaiseki.)
